Vision:   

Boys To Men is a teen mentoring counseling organization. To develop a 24 hr. residential facility to care for troubled teenage boys. With the use of personalized male mentorship and educational counseling, we will create men of honesty, integrity, and purpose.

MISSion:

• To take young men from one level to the next.

•  To give young men a world view.

• To teach young men respect for themselves and others. 
             - Improve interaction with peers and other cultures

• To give direction, create hope, and develop integrity
            - Develop successful career choices.
            - Produce men that will be assets to society.

• Through the College Library annual college trips to mainland colleges.

• Behavioral retreats at the University of The Virgin Islands.
